Shipping

We are currently only calculating shipping online for Ontario orders.
Shipping by case rate only. (12 bottles per case)

Select Local Pickup / Shipping Quote as your shipping option and process your wine order without shipping. One of our staff will email you with the additional shipping cost and options. Another invoice will be sent to you with the final shipping costs. You can pay this online as well. Our store is open 7 days a week. We will answer your message in less than 24 hours.

Save $10 Off Shipping when you use eTransfer as your payment method. Enter “etransfer” in the coupon code. You must use etransfer as you payment method to take advantage of this shipping discount.

Payments:

We request certain information from a customer on our order form. Here a customer must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and billing phone number). This information is used for billing purposes to verify the customer is of legal age, and to fill a customer’s order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer. This information is taken in a secure area, is encrypted for our customers’ protection, and is not sold or shared with anyone else under any circumstances. Credit card numbers are not kept in our system.

When you send an Interac e-Transfer, the recipient will receive an email (wine@hernder.com) notification asking them to log into their online banking and answer the security question (USE ORDER NUMBER) you’ve provided in order to accept the funds.
